Week 2 of the 2023 NFL season is in the rearview, and after a wacky week, there has been considerable movement in the Super Bowl futures.

After Kansas City’s opening-day loss to the Detroit Lions, the new favorites to win it all were the San Francisco 49ers. But Kansas City claimed the top spot on the oddsboard again after defeating the Jaguars in Jacksonville 17-9 in Week 2.

The Dallas Cowboys made a big jump after Week 1, with their odds shortening from +1400 to +900 after demolishing the New York Giants 40-0 in their matchup. Defeating the Jets 30-10 in Week 2 shortened Big D’s odds slightly to +850.

Perhaps one of the most notable recent dives was Denver. Russell Wilson and the Broncos lost 35-33 to the Commanders in Week 2, and their Super Bowl futures lengthened from +6500 to +10000.

The Ravens, on the other hand, saw their odds to win the big game jump from +2000 to +1100.

So without further ado, here’s a look at the 2024 Super Bowl odds for every team in the league.

Bryce Young struggles in home debut, Panthers Week 2 20-17 loss vs. Saints

The Carolina Panthers fall to their NFC South rival, the New Orleans Saints, 20-17 in their home opener.

Russell Wilson in Denver in Year 2 paired with head coach Sean Payton in his first year leading the Broncos was supposed to be a successful match.

However, the squad is 0-2.

FOX Sports Insider David Helman, who ranked Denver 28th in his NFL Week 3 power rankings, said the following about the Broncos rough start:

“It’s not as if the Broncos were a preseason favorite. But with Sean Payton overseeing things in Denver, you figured they had a good shot to at least beat the Raiders, or the Commanders — or maybe even both. Instead, they’re 0-2 with a road trip to play the high-flying Dolphins up next. The Broncos definitely look better than last year, but it’s yet to show in the results.”

Across the AFC, Lamar Jackson and the 2-0 Ravens are enjoying a better fate. The Baltimore Birds have two straight-up wins, two covers and Jackson looks like he’s in Super Bowl form.

The quarterback passed for 237 yards and two touchdowns in his squad’s 27-24 win over the Bengals in Week 2.

Sean Payton – Russell Wilson relationship fracturing?

Things aren’t looking great in Denver for the 0-2 Broncos after they suffer another loss over the weekend.
