We are looking for two Evaluation Researchers to join our dedicated team of Evaluation and Learning specialists who undertake a range of bespoke evaluation and learning projects. These may be quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods in their approach, with the evaluation work we undertake varying in size, scope, and complexity, with a range of local, regional, and national projects.

Our Evaluation Researchers work across a portfolio of projects committed to developing, testing, and evaluating new innovations, interventions, or approaches. We work with a wide range of innovators and health care professionals and are seeking people who can work alongside those overseeing or delivering services, blending your skills as an evaluator to help those delivering a service or new approach understand their impact.

You will have an excellent knowledge of evaluation methodologies, experience of planning and delivering evaluation projects within an applied/real world context, and excellent qualitative and/or quantitative research skills. You will also have the ability to work in a collaborative manner, be impact-led, able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a desire to make improvements that help to transform lives across our region.
