As Jackass star Brandon ‘Bam’ Margera remains on the run, it has been revealed he allegedly assaulted and threatened to kill his own brother before urinating in a sink.
Pennsylvania State Police responded to a reported disturbance at around 11am Sunday morning near the 43-year-old’s $1.1 million Pocopson Township castle, TMZ reports.
The professional skater had already fled into a forest and remains missing.
A police report obtained by TMZ shows Margera left a note on his brother Jesse’s bedroom door after knocking on it, reading: “If you even f***ing think of calling the police on me I will officially f**k you up”.
When Jesse went downstairs, he allegedly caught Margera peeing into the kitchen sink, before his brother allegedly struck Jesse several times on his head, causing visible injuries.
Margera then allegedly threatened to “put a bullet” in his brother Jesse’s head and kill the other family members in the home. He then fled into nearby woods.
There is now a police manhunt for Margera, who has been charged with four misdemeanour counts of terroristic threats with intent to terrorise another, simple assault and harassment.
The latest brush with the law comes less than a month after Margera was arrested for public drunkenness at a Burbank restaurant.
He is said to have got into an explosive argument in late March, according to The Sun, with a woman at the California spot as friends beg him to “choose sobriety”.
Officials responded to a call of a disturbance in a Thai food restaurant at about 3.45pm in Burbank, California.
Responding officers reportedly arrived to see Margera loudly arguing with a woman and separated the two, officials said.
Footage shared on social media appears to show Margera visibly upset outside the restaurant while chatting with police, TMZ reports.
The outlet also reported that the Jackass star’s estranged wife and son were at the restaurant.
Earlier that month, Margera was arrested on domestic violence allegations after allegedly kicking a woman.
He was taken into police custody after cops received a report of a domestic dispute.
When police arrived at the Escondido home where the alleged dispute occurred, a woman claimed to the cops that her husband kicked her, according to the sheriff’s office.
Margera was arrested and booked on a charge of corporal injury on a current or former spouse, cohabitant, dating partner, or fellow parent.
The relationship status of the woman and Margera is unclear at this time as TMZ’s sources claimed that the alleged victim isn’t Margera’s estranged wife Nikki Boyd, but instead his current girlfriend.
Nikki filed for legal separation from Margera on February 14 as her lawyer David Glass told TMZ that the separation was due to Margera spending time with their five-year-old son while he was allegedly under the influence.
Margera recently got his son Phoenix’s name tattooed on his face and vowed to be a better father.
But friends and family continued to express concern about the ex-reality star, including TV comedian Steve-O, who recently told Margera that he was preparing for his long-time friend’s death.
The two former Jackass co-stars fell into a major fight on social media where Steve-O claimed Margera was off the wagon and on a dangerous downward spiral.
The tiff began just moments after Steve-O welcomed Margera and his son on stage during his comedy tour.
