Applications are invited for a permanent post of a Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Systemic Psychotherapy within UCD School of Medicine.

Applications are invited for a Lecturer/Assistant Professor role in the discipline of Systemic/Family Psychotherapy at the UCD School of Medicine. This is a permanent post.

The School of Medicine currently offers a 4-year part-time Masters in Systemic Psychotherapy. The School of Medicine is a dynamic, research-driven School committed to training professionals in the clinical practices of medicine, radiography and psychotherapy. The School’s core values are the understanding and critical evaluation of the bases of clinical intervention, professionalism and scientific rigor and integrity. The School is committed to engagement in University and professional life and to engagement with society. The successful candidate will have the ability to engage actively in the School’s Psychotherapy programmes research activities and to make a significant contribution to clinical teaching and university life. The applicant must have a strong background in Systemic Psychotherapy and demonstrate consolidated experience in research, teaching, and clinical practice informed by a Systemic approach.

95 Lecturer/Asst Professor Above The Bar (7943) Salary Scale: €59,370 – €94,015

Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines
