This is a great opportunity for a scientist with an interest in health policy to work with a world-leading think tank that uses research, analysis and recommendations to accelerate the impact of cutting-edge genomics and biomedical science in healthcare.
As part of our Science team, you will have many opportunities to challenge yourself and to learn more about exciting advances in biomedicine and the various policy contexts that impact on their use in healthcare.
You will have a passion for science, strong project management skills, a talent for writing and communicating complex issues to a variety of audiences, and an ambition to influence public policy through your work. A scientific background in genomics or other ‘omics is essential, experience in data science, clinical science or epidemiology is desirable. Crucially, you must have the ability to work well with fellow professionals and experts in a dynamic, intellectually challenging and multidisciplinary environment. You must also be committed to helping the PHG Foundation to further develop its reputation as an independent health policy think tank.
