The Liverpool Business School at Liverpool John Moores University seeks to appoint a Senior Teaching Fellow or Senior Lecturer in Healthcare Leadership. You should have experience in healthcare leadership, ideally combining academic subject knowledge with practitioner experience. We are seeking applicants to teach and facilitate on our MBA, leadership masters and executive education programmes, working closely with managers and organisations to help them develop better organisations. We are also interested in experience gained with degree apprenticeships and the new management KTPs. Subject knowledge in an area relevant to an MBA/ MSc and executive education delivery is required, such as leadership, management, change management, organisational behaviour and organisational development.

You will be expected to make broad contributions to the academic work of Liverpool Business School including to its research, knowledge transfer activities and professional activities. You must have a doctorate, or be near completion, in a relevant area, or commensurate experience in executive education and up-to-date knowledge/experience as evidenced by your research record, scholarship and business engagement.
