Former British PM Boris Johnson expecting eight child as wife Carrie reveals pregnancy.

It will be the former British prime minister’s eighth child.

Mr Johnson, 58, and Mrs Johnson, 35, who already share two children together, are expecting their third “in a few weeks”.

The expectant mum announced her pregnancy on Instagram on Friday, reports The Sun.

She revealed their baby would be born “in just a few weeks”, adding that she’s had an “exhausting eight months”.

She wrote: “I’ve felt pretty exhausted for much of the last eight months but we can’t wait to meet this little one.

“Will is v excited about being a big brother again and has been chattering about it non-stop.

“Don’t think has a clue what’s coming … she soon will.”

The Johnson’s most recent public appearance was at King Charles’ coronation earlier this month.

The couple, who married in July 2021, already share son Wilfred, three, and daughter Romy, one.

Romy, born on December 9, 2021, was named after her aunt Rosemary.

Their son, Wilfred Lawrie Nicholas Johnson, was born in April 2020, just weeks after the then-prime minister spent time in intensive care with Covid-19.

Following the birth, a spokeswoman said: “The prime minister and Mrs Johnson are delighted to announce the birth of a healthy baby girl at a London hospital earlier today.

“Both mother and daughter are doing very well. The couple would like to thank the brilliant NHS (National Health Service) maternity team for all their care and support.”

Mr Johnson already has a number of children. Four children are with his ex-wife Marina Wheeler and another with art consultant Helen Macintyre, according to Sky News UK.

His other kids include Lara Lettice, Milo Arthur, Cassia Peaches and Theodore Apollo. All are in their twenties.

The birth of his third child with Carrie will bring the total up to eight and there is a 27-year age gap between his eldest Lara and Romy.

In July 2021, Mrs Johnson revealed she had suffered a miscarriage which she said left her “heartbroken”.

Mr Johnson resigned as prime minister in July 2022, when he stepped down from what he called “the best job in the world”.

In an address outside No10, the defeated PM said he was so “sad” to be forced out of the job he loves but conceded: “Them’s the breaks.”

In a packed Downing Street, thronged with supporters including his wife and baby Romy, he thanked the millions who voted for him in a historic landslide.
