The School of Medicine at the University of Galway are looking for suitably qualified and experienced candidates for a post of Clinical Lecturer / Academic Coordinator (FTE 0.75) in Ballinasloe Medical Academy (BMA).

You will join progressive and professional teams based in the Ballinasloe Medical Academy and University of Galway, School of Medicine. Learn more about University of Galway Teaching Hospitals

Objective: The principal objective of the post is to lead and coordinate teaching, examinations and student supports in BMA in senior year of programme, with a focus on Years 3 and 5.

The postholder will also participate in the development and direction of teaching, facilitation and examinations in the undergraduate teaching programme.

Salary: €58,917 to €93,991 pro rata p.a (applicable to new entrants effective from January, 2011)

(This appointment will be made on the lecturer scale in line with current Government pay policy)
