The University has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator as a Dental School Learning and Teaching Manager, within the School of Medicine, Dentistry and Nursing.

In this role, you will lead a team responsible for the provision of a comprehensive administrative support for the School’s Undergraduate (UG) Recruitment, Admissions and Learning and Teaching. You will be responsible for delivering and promoting continuous improvements to service delivery, processes and practices in order to create a flexible, effective, and responsive workforce and service.

As Learning and Teaching Manager, you will shape and improve service delivery related to Learning and Teaching activities. The post will also involve partnership working with the Director of Dental Education, as well as other Disability Services, including the Disability Service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and performance management skills as well as excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Salary will be Grade 7, £38,474 – £43,155 per annum.

This post is full time and open ended.
