As Programme Leader, you will have a unique opportunity to develop the design, delivery and evaluation of the adult nursing curriculum and be involved in teaching across the entire nursing portfolio, enabling our students to have a clear vision of the future Nurse, contributing to safe person- centred care and to meet the NMC Future Nurse Standards for registration.

As Programme leader you will have significant teaching/practice experience and to be able to demonstrate a successful track record of innovative curriculum, teaching, learning and assessment strategies and research related activity. You will have a high level of insight into contemporary community, primary, acute, or urgent care practice as well as experience in healthcare leadership, medicines management, clinical skills, simulation, and practice-based education. Knowledge of contemporary theories and concepts that underpin adult nursing education is essential. You will be committed to co- production in designing and delivering interprofessional education for the benefit of our students, partners, and the public.

We aim to ensure that we equip our students with the skills necessary to succeed in the workplace upon graduation and throughout their professional careers.
