Project description:

The project aims to extend understanding of the psychological processes involved in burnout and to disentangle the existing “full-package” interventions according to common and specific processes identified from previous studies and in the literature review and to design and test the effectiveness of modular interventions, in which each module targets a particular process, whether common or specific. The interventions will be tested to prevent/reduce four distinct forms of burnout: parental, student and academic staff and Health Care professional burnout. The effectiveness of the interventions will be explored on process measures as well as outcome measures.
