We have an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer to contribute to the delivery of an excellent student experience by contributing to teaching, assessment and administration processes associated with undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and to undertake scholarship to enhance learning and teaching in the Nursing & Health Care School.

The Nursing & Health Care School at the University of Glasgow is consistently ranked as one of the top Schools in the UK for nursing education. At undergraduate level we offer an Honours Degree in Nursing (4 years) and our highly valued graduates have excellent employment prospects. The School also offers a flexible programme of multi-professional postgraduate courses that may be taken individually or used towards a Postgraduate Certificate, Diploma or Masters degree. We also have a thriving community of postgraduate research students, from both the United Kingdom and overseas.

We welcome applications from candidates who are registered with the NMC as an Adult Nurse and hold a Masters degree in a relevant discipline.

We believe that we can only reach our full potential through the talents of all. Equality, diversity and inclusion are at the heart of our values. Applications are particularly welcome from across our communities and in particular people from the Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) community, and other protected characteristics who are under-represented within the University.
