The Departments of Health Professions and Nursing are recruiting an Associate Clinical Fellow in Simulation to join our thriving teams. We are looking for a registered health professional (NMC or HCPC), who is currently leading on simulation and technology enhanced learning (STEL) within a clinical or health educational environment. In addition, a doctoral level qualification is essential.

As one of the largest providers of postgraduate healthcare education in the region, we offer a range of high quality, successful and innovative postgraduate and apprenticeship courses.

We are proud of our diverse and inclusive learning environment that encourages discussion, debate, shared learning and interdisciplinary co-operation. Our innovative, vibrant programmes reflect our research activity, which enriches and informs the student experience.

About the role:

As an Associate Clinical Fellow, you will design and deliver postgraduate education within the area of advanced practice with a focus on STEL. You will be expected to contribute to the Faculty’s wider taught postgraduate portfolio.

You will collaborate within the Department, the Faculty and with colleagues in other faculties in knowledge exchange and academic citizenship in the areas of STEL and advanced practice, developing and contributing to the strong educational pedagogical research culture within the Faculty.

About the candidate:

The successful candidate is expected to produce high quality outputs in terms of research publications, supporting colleagues to identify opportunities for follow on activities stemming from clinical activity and research, including consultancy work and the provision of continuing professional development.

To apply:

If you would like to join our team and share our ambition, we would love to hear from you.

Please attach your CV and Covering Letter to the online portal.
