This post provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to anatomy provision for a wide variety of undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as research/scholarship, in a top university in the vibrant, multicultural, well‑connected city of Birmingham, which has one of the youngest and most cosmopolitan population profiles in Europe. We are an inclusive city that respects and celebrates our many different cultures, providing a diverse and exhilarating experience for visitors and citizens alike. We offer iconic buildings from the Victorian era to ultra-modern, a wide variety of culinary experiences, a 250-year-old canal network, and a continuous pedestrian zone which connects our main city squares.
The University of Birmingham is proud to have been a part of the city and wider region for over 100 years, and we are equally proud to be recognised as a leading global university. We want to attract talented people from across the city and beyond, support them to succeed, and celebrate their success. We believe that there is no such thing as a typical member of staff and that diversity is a source of strength that underpins the exchange of ideas, innovation, and debate. We warmly welcome people from all backgrounds and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where diversity is at the heart of who and what we are, and how we work.
For this post, applications are invited from anatomy, biomedical sciences, medical, dental, or related PhD (or equivalent) graduates with substantial research, education and/or clinical experience.
