- Medical Education experience, scholarship and skills to develop a coherent programme of educational opportunities attractive to the undergraduate GP Tutor Faculty
- Experience of supporting medical students on placement, from the most able to those who may struggle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with GP tutors, students and academic colleagues
- Strong organisational, time-management and project management skills
- Enthusiasm and personal initiative to solve problems, a self-starter with ability to work unsupervised but to contribute to team activities.
