January 18, 2024 – The Honourable Mary Ng, Minister of Export Promotion, International Trade and Economic Development will be in Winnipeg, MB to meet with local Ukrainian Canadian and Business Community Leaders on January 19.

Minister Ng will meet and address local Ukrainian Canadian Community Leaders during which she will be highlighting Canada’s commitment to Ukraine, the modernization of the Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement and rebuilding efforts in Ukraine.

Later, the Minister will take part in a fireside chat with the Manitoba Business Community co-hosted by the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce, Business Council of Manitoba, and the Manitoba Chamber of Commerce. During this occasion, the Minister will discuss Canada’s Indo-Pacific Strategy, Ukraine redevelopment efforts as well as issues related to investment and trade.
