You will support and enhance participants experiences of learning and assessment in practice whilst supporting learners to achieve a range of proficiencies and skills as required by their professional body. You will also support data collection and evaluation of OSCA from the perspectives of educators, participants, and learners.

We are looking for individuals who are committed, and passionate about practice learning and assessment/learning using simulated technology/equipment. You will have knowledge and experience of the professional requirements of health and social care education programmes including assessment and supervision.

You will hold current healthcare professional registration, i.e., NMC/HCPC, and possess excellent clinical and practice learning knowledge and skills, service evaluation and data collection skills, problem solving, communication and leadership skills.
