This post is hosted by Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust but is a system-wide role working across the Frimley Health and Care Footprint.  The successful post holder will work as part of the Frimley Placements Team and closely with the Nurse, Midwife, and AHP teams to:

  • Work in collaboration with partner education and AHP leads to develop new processes for the expansion of placements, and the coordination, management, support, and assessment of AHP students across the Frimley Health and Care Partnership system.
  • Provide dedicated support into AHP clinical placement expansion workstreams to support practice education transformation and build a strong, sustainable AHP practice education community across the ICS. The role will explore, develop and design placement and student experience opportunities within the Private, Voluntary, and independent opportunities, looking to support students and providers alike.

This role will provide a link between the environment and the Placements team, to manage innovative AHP placement opportunities across the system in a flexible approach, to support learners and staff within their own discipline.
