We want candidates who understand participatory and liberatory research, who have social impact at the heart of their practice and who centre lived experience in everything they do.

We are recruiting for five professors across different disciplines  –  Inclusive AI, Decolonising Arts Practices, Business and Society, Social Policy and EDI and Health Inequalities. We want professors who can build an inclusive research culture that attracts and develops researchers from underrepresented groups in academia, building a community committed to improving lives. We think differently at BNU and we want professors who do the same.
