Position Summary

RAND Europe’s Health and Wellbeing Research Group focuses on research and analysis that aims to improve healthcare, health and wellbeing and public health. We work at all levels of health policy, from individual initiatives to improve health service organisation and delivery to whole-system policy challenges, cross-sectoral issues such as safety and health, and wider policy challenges.

Our work on safety, health and wellbeing in the workplace is growing. We are building on a range of collaborations with public authorities (including the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work), the private sector (eg: working on Britain’s Healthiest Workplace with VitalityHealth), academic collaborators and philanthropic funders such as Lloyds Register Foundation. We are recruiting a Research Leader to help build and lead this expanding area.

The role will be based in our Cambridge office and will lead research on safety and health in the workplace.
