The Division of Health Research (DHR) within Lancaster University’s Faculty of Health and Medicine is seeking to appoint a Senior Research Associate to join the Health Economics at Lancaster group, to support the NIHR Applied Research Collaboration North West Coast (ARC NWC). This role will involve support for, and liaison with, collaborative projects and educational opportunities with the NIHR Applied Research Collaboration North West Coast.  

The NIHR ARC NWC is a partnership between the Liverpool CCG, the Universities of Liverpool, Lancaster and Central Lancashire, Edge Hill, John Moores and NHS organisations and Local Authorities. We are committed to actively engaging the public/service users in all our activities. The post holder will need to work collaboratively with diverse partners and members of the public/service users across the NW coast area. 

You must have a PhD in a relevant discipline, and ideally have research experience in health economics, specifically including economic evaluation of interventions, as evidenced by a track record of publications, relative to opportunity. Experience in a health related area is preferred but not essential.
