Salary on appointment will be £54,421 per annum, with an annual increment up to £63,059 per annum
NICHE Anchor Institute is seeking candidates who wish to influence improvements, making a difference to the health and care delivery for people in our Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care System. This fixed term role offers an opportunity to work with us to achieve the best outcomes of our key workstreams, whilst working to enhance your own professional profile and skills.

- System collaboration and transformation through joint working.
- Wellbeing and sustainability.
We are seeking candidates who have a collaborative and inclusive approach to achieving our shared vision for addressing health equalities, and embedding evidence across services, that ensure the right people deliver, the right care, at the right time, maximising health and wellbeing outcomes for those living and working in Norfolk and Waveney.
This full-time post is available immediately on a fixed term basis for 12 months. A secondment will be considered both internally and with partner institutions and applicants should please ensure that a secondment will be possible with their Line Manager/Head of Department, before submitting a formal application.
UEA offers a variety of flexible working options and although this role is advertised on a full-time basis, we encourage applications from individuals who would prefer a flexible working pattern including annualised hours, compressed working hours, part time, job share, term-time only and/or hybrid working.
