Based At Wheeler Building, Chester

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated individual who will lead the delivery of clinical skills and simulation teaching across undergraduate and post graduate Nursing and Midwifery programmes.

The Faculty has four education centres based at Warrington, Birkenhead, Chester and Shrewsbury.  The post holder will be predominantly based at Chester. However, there is an expectation that the post holder will be required to work at any of the four education centres if required due to service needs.

We are looking for candidates who are highly experienced educators and who are passionate about simulation and clinical skills teaching. You should be a registered health professional, hold a relevant first and master’s degree, be able to demonstrate advanced nursing or midwifery knowledge and skills, strategic thinking and an ability to motivate and lead a team.

You should have or be willing to work to attain Senior Fellowship of Advance HE (formerly HEA) and support will be given to enable candidates to achieve this.
