We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our expanding nursing team at the Queen’s Veterinary School Hospital as a Specialist Nurse working in Soft Tissue.
The Soft Tissue service is a key part of our multidisciplinary referral hospital, and requires close communication with the other clinical services. There is a busy and variable caseload, which will require you to be adaptable and have the ability to work well under pressure.
You will be involved in specialist Soft Tissue consultations, diagnostic investigations, surgery and inpatient management as well as clinical research including BOAS assessment.
We are seeking an individual with a passion for nursing, and the ability to communicate with all levels of staff, students and clients for this varied and interesting position. The ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision is essential.
A one-off recruitment incentive payment of £2,000.00 may be offered where eligibility criteria is met.
