We are looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Fellow in Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases.

The Opportunity:

The successful candidate will join a team running the Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases online MSc programme. The programme has been growing year on year and attracts students from diverse professional backgrounds predominantly in the medical and biomedical fields across the globe. Through the programme, the position offers fantastic opportunities for personal professional development and to interact with a wide array of colleagues conducting cutting edge biomedical and medical research as well as delivering outstanding teaching and healthcare.  

Your skills and attributes for success:

  • Applicants must have a postgraduate degree (PhD desirable) in a relevant subject, and/or demonstrable experience of teaching in Higher Education in relevant subjects at Master’s level.
  • Specialist knowledge in immunology and/or microbiology/infectious diseases is highly desirable.
  • Experience in using a virtual learning environment such as Blackboard Learn is desirable.
  • Experience in delivering online education is desirable.
