About the role

This is a great opportunity to be involved in the core business development of ART Health Solutions in partnership with Northumbria University. ART brings a science-based approach to workspaces by deploying their specialist expertise in physiology, psychology and data science, to enable organisations to positively support the health and wellbeing of their workforce and allow individual workers to better manage their own wellbeing in the workplace.

In alignment with this, this KTP will develop an innovative, user-centred employee health and wellbeing service. The new service will harness the power of knowledge engineering technologies and recent breakthroughs in AI with the support of user acceptance/preference studies to deliver automated, personalised interventions and insights. This will support ART Health Solutions’ growth plans, offering client organisations advanced worker-centric support for employee wellbeing in contemporary and evolving work environments.

Location: The position is based at ART Health Solution’s premises in Newcastle upon Tyne and will involve visits to Northumbria University (in Newcastle upon Tyne), as well as occasional travel (Regional, UK and possibly international) in connection with the KTP project and training.

Attendance Requirements: The post-holder should be available for work during ARTHealth Solution’s working hours 09:00 – 17:30, Monday to Friday.

Please note that the role is fixed term for 24 months.
